Learning Outcomes
Upon successfully completing this course students will be able to:
- Identify all parts of the iris and where they correlate to various parts of the body.
- Identify various signs and markings in the iris and discuss what they may mean for the client.
- Conduct a professional Iris analysis for a client.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the relationship between heredity, lifestyle, and signs present in the iris.
- Identify potential health challenges the person may be genetically predisposed to or may be experiencing in their life.
Example:
A client comes to see you and you notice that they have blue eyes with several areas of white “clouds” obscuring the fibers, and dark specks of brown in areas of the iris, and a dark ring around the periphery. Based on this you ask if there is sensitivity to dairy, wheat, or sugar or any skin problems. You might also ask if they experience stiffness or arthritic type symptoms or any intestinal cramping. Because these symptoms are often present and relevant to the client, it captures their attention. You are then able to support them as they create healthy changes by explaining the reactions happening in their body based on current nutrition and lifestyle.
