International Iridology Practitioners Association and Certification

Mission statement

"The International Iridology Practitioners Association was founded for the purpose of increasing and diffusing knowledge concerning the art and science of Iridology and to provide a forum for the exchange of information and research with the goal of promoting excellence in international Iridology standards."

I.I.P.A. is a registered non-profit organization founded in 1982 and governed by volunteer members who make up the Board of Directors. The organization was originally called the National Iridology Research Association, but changed the name in 2000 when it became an International organization with members from several countries. The I.I.P.A. offers worldwide membership, a Board of Directors, and an Iridology Research Department that offers a news journal reporting on research findings from around the world.

For I.I.P.A. certification, completed anatomy and physiology transcripts are required. The Anatomy and Physiology (A & P) requirement may be completed through Langara College C/S Shiatsu Program. These A & P courses have been certified by I.I.P.A. Contact Georgina Cyr for details about other approved A & P courses. The test fee for certification with International Iridology Practitioners Association is $175.00 U.S. and is done through I.I.P.A. Opportunity is given to students at the end of the Program who wish to take this option.
