Sarah Hovey (R.M.T.) graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in Vancouver, B.C. in 1986. She has been in practice full time as a massage therapist in Victoria, B.C. since that time. Sarah
started studying Craniosacral Therapy (CST) in 1990 with theUpledger Institute and has also studied with the Milne Institute, with Michael Shea and Howard Jones P.T. Sarah has been doing CST exclusively in her practice since 1995. She developed and taught private workshops in CST starting in 2001, and also designed and taught the CST class at the WCCMT in Victoria for 2 years. Sarah loves the work, finding it very rewarding and endlessly fascinating.
Dr. Theresa Nicassio (Ph.D – Pyschology, CIEHP) has a private practice in counselling psychology and is much in demand. She uses holistic modalities including CST, energy healing and lymph drainage in her work with clients. Theresa has been a counsellor with UBC Student Services and has extensive experience working with trauma. Theresa is a certified Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner, and is also a CST teaching assistant.
Brenda Pulvermacher (B.Sc.) is a Certified Craniosacral Therapist, and a Registered Shiatsu Therapist. She is in private practice on the North Shore with a specialty in pediatrics and trauma. Brenda has been practicing CST for 10 years and studied CST and Visceral Manipulation with the Upledger Institute. She is a certified CST Teaching Assistant and in addition to CST has studied Self-Regulating Therapy.
Cora Van Wyck, (RN, BScN, CHTP, CIEHP, Cranial Sacral Therapist) has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. Her hospital nursing experience includes critical care (ICU and CCU) and positions as a Clinical Nurse Educator. She has a deep passion for complementary therapies and has a private practice incorporating energy work and cranial sacral therapy. She is an instructor with Langara College and teaches in the Integrative Energy Healing Program, as well as Anatomy for energy practitioners. In addition she is a CST teaching assistant with the Upledger Institute.
